Production of plastic injection moulded parts
Since our founding, we have been manufacturing injection-molded parts on machines from the company Arburg. Arburg is one of the leading manufacturers of injection molding machines worldwide. The high quality and flexibility of the machines are highly valued by us and are one of the cornerstones of our products.
In addition, there is an extensive range of peripherals consisting of pickers, Multilifts, dryers, batching units, granulators, hot runner controllers, interchangeable units, and many more.
We produce on 16 injection molding machines with a clamping force of 50 to 200 tons. Depending on the material and tool size, items are possible up to a shot weight of approx. 360g. A detailed machine list can be found in the download area of our homepage.
We are particularly proud of our machine data acquisition system from the machine manufacturer Arburg. For many years, it has allowed us to reliably plan, control, and document production. Reports can be generated and evaluated in real-time. An important factor for our speed and flexibility.
